The above starting prices for standby generators include the following in our standard installations:

  • Placing of the generator near the main electrical service entrance (Meter)

  • All associated wiring of the transfer switch and generator to a distance of 30’ from the transfer switch.

  • Concrete Generator pad (this is a precast reinforced pad for the generator, which raises the unit and secures the unit to the pad.

  • Applicable taxes, and Permits for the electrical work.

  • Also included:

    • Generac cold weather kit. (Oil heater) This helps the generator in the colder months.

    • Generac base skirt. This helps to hide the mounting bolts and give the installation a more finished look.

    • 1st Year Service, Oil Change, Filter Change, Battery Check, Overall Operations Inspection.

Not Included in our Standard installation pricing:

  • Gas Piping and Installation. This price varies drastically based on location and Fuel type.

  • Underground Trenching. We do offer installation farther away from your home, and this will be quoted on our site visit if you choose to remotely locate your generator.

  • Any other site work beyond basic levelling of the generator, i.e. Landscape timbers and crushed stone, bushes or plantings to hide or disguise your generator.
